By connecting centrally where your phones are wired into your phone system, BackOffice Digital is tamper proof and allows you to record absolutely all calls to a phone including Internal calls and calls made over private lines, SIP Trunks as well as conventional analogue and digital lines as well. You can also mix and match Analog, IP and line side recording all onto the same central storage server.
